Salon answering service that never misses a call

A ring that goes unanswered mid-colour is a client who books the salon down the street - and a chair that sits idle.

Salon phones peak exactly when your hands are in somebody's hair, and new-client enquiries are the ones that get dropped. Nobody rings back a salon that did not pick up.

What it captures on a salon call

  • New client or regular, and the service they are after
  • The service, roughly how long it takes, and the day they want
  • Whether it is a colour, a cut, nails, lashes or a treatment
  • Preferred day and time, and a stylist or therapist if they have one
  • The name and a mobile number, read back to them to be sure
  • Allergies, patch-test needs, and who recommended the salon

How a call sounds

CALLER

Hi, could I get a colour and a cut on Saturday?

AI RECEPTIONIST

Let me look at Saturday. Are you a client with us already, and do you have a stylist you see?

CALLER

No, it is my first time.

AI RECEPTIONIST

Thank you. I have noted the colour; the team confirms the time and how long to allow with you.

An illustration of how a call unfolds, not a recording. Every prompt is tuned to your business before it goes live.

What a missed call costs a salon

  • a call nobody picks up leaves no record of itself: no message, no number, no way to count it
  • so the jobs you never hear about cannot be counted either - which is the whole problem
  • put your own numbers on it: your average job value, times the calls you miss in a week

No industry statistic and no customer story is quoted above, because we cannot verify one for your trade and this business has no customers yet. The only figures we can stand behind are our own, and they are the whole offer: $99 one-time setup, then 30¢ a minute charged by the second, out of a balance you top up from $25. No packages, no monthly fee.

Pay the $99 setup — get started Start here: the button takes the one-time $99 setup. The same link takes any top-up to your calling balance later — 30¢ a minute charged by the second, and the smallest top-up is $25. Card or bank transfer, whichever suits you, and we never take card details over the phone.

The calls that decide your week

The Saturday slot that went down the street

Saturday is the money day and it books out fast. The client rings three salons, reaches two voicemails, and takes the third appointment. That is the colour, the cut and every visit after it.

The new client who rang three salons

A new client is choosing between three salons on the same street. If the phone rings out while you are with somebody, they book the one that answered, and the regular visits go with them.

Mid-service, when you cannot pick up

Which is exactly when new clients call. The calls that arrive with your hands full are the ones that go unanswered, and they are usually people who have never been in before.

What lands in your inbox - and what never happens

Every call ends the same way: one job card, written out, with enough detail to price the job. And the limits are worth knowing before you buy, not after.

On the card

  • The client's name and a confirmed mobile number
  • The service they asked for, and how long to allow for it
  • Whether they are new, or a regular you already know
  • Their preferred stylist, day and time
  • Allergies or patch-test needs, and who recommended you

What it will never do

  • Give colour or treatment advice
  • Quote a price it cannot stand behind
  • Promise a specific stylist or a slot that is not free
  • Claim to be you or anyone on the desk

Live in a day, on the number your customers already dial

You keep the number your clients already have - forwarded or ported, so nothing changes for them. The receptionist is tuned to your salon: your opening hours, how long each service needs, which stylists take which work, and who covers the phone after close. Changes are edits to a rule, fixed the same day. No monthly bill, no contract: a one-time setup and minutes that never expire.

Questions we get asked

Is client information handled safely?

Calls and transcripts are stored for you to review. The AI only asks what a booking needs, and it never takes card details over the phone.

Can it book directly into our diary?

It offers the times you release and confirms the time with the caller; the booking rules are entirely yours.

What about allergies and patch tests?

Patch-test needs and allergies are noted on the booking, and anything unusual goes to a person straight away.

Does it give colour or treatment advice?

No. It takes the booking and passes it to you. It will not advise on colour, skin or treatment.

Can it tell a new client from a regular?

Yes. It asks, and it notes who recommended you, the same way you would.

What about client data and privacy?

It collects only what is needed to take a booking, and it never takes card or bank details. Your rules around client data are something we agree with you before it goes live.
